I'm currently an associate professor of computer science at Texas State University. I have been a visiting researcher at UT Austin and research associate at U.S. Naval Postgraduate School. My research interests include various topics in delay tolerant networks, sensor networks, and ad hoc wireless networks. I served as an associate editor, program committee member, session chair, and reviewer of numerous international journals and conferences.
