I thought it would be helpful to put the questions out there, both as a reminder to me as I advance through the program, but also for anyone that takes a look at my research, that might have something to add or comment on.
So here they are:

| Neural Net Logical Formulation | Is it possible to extract the equivalent of first order logic from the results of a completed neural net evaluation. It has been said about neural networks, that "we know the quality of the results, but we don't know the logic that produced the result". I'd like to be able to extract and describe that logic. |
| Adding Logical Rules to an Ontology | If the first question can be answered, can this answer then use a semantic reasoner to grow the logical framework of the model? |
| Optimized Hardware for the Model | Is a GPU the better fit for this sort of model? Or an FPGA? Or a custom "neural chip"? What factors drive the best solution?" |
